SHIPPING POLICY:

Our goal is to make sure that every customer has a positive experience with us. We take great pride in the quality of our products and the level of service we provide. To ensure that your shopping experience with us is seamless, we encourage you to carefully read our Shipping Policy before placing an order. We believe that transparency is key to building trust with our customers, and we want to make sure that you fully understand our shipping terms.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business day. Delivery takes 5–9 business days to the UK and well worth the wait . All orders include FREE SHIPPING. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched

Delayed Delivery

We know how exciting it is waiting for your Snapglow to arrive, and we work hard to get every order out the door quickly. That said, delivery times can occasionally slip due to things outside our control — courier disruptions, severe weather, high-volume periods (like sales), or address/payment verification checks on our end.

If something's holding up your order, we'll always try to flag it and keep you posted. While we can't guarantee an exact delivery date once a parcel leaves us, we'll do what we can with the courier to get things moving and will help however we're able to if an issue comes up.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is handed to our courier, tracking and delivery are largely in their hands — but that doesn't mean we'll leave you to sort it out alone. If your package goes missing or is marked delivered but hasn't turned up, email us and we'll help you get to the bottom of it.

We'll usually reach out to the courier on your behalf to chase things up, though most couriers require the customer to file the actual lost-parcel claim, so we may ask you to do that too. If the parcel genuinely can't be traced or delivered, we'll look at a replacement on a case-by-case basis. For anything that looks like theft after delivery (parcel confirmed delivered but missing), we'd also recommend a quick police report for your own records.
